Do you allow pets?
no we don't allow pets in the cottages or on the farm. we are a working farm and ours and your animals safety is our priority so we ask you keep your pets safe at home.
is there a minimum stay?
Yes the minimum stay is 3 nights
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is 4pm
check out is 10am
early check in and late check out may be possible but only by prior arrangement
Are you a working farm?
Yes, our 70 acre farm is a working mixed farm. We grow grass for haylage and silage in the spring and summer and cattle in the fields in the autumn and winter. this does mean some areas are closed for farming this can be short notice but we will inform you on your arrival.

is the hot tub for our private use?
Yes the hot tub is for the private use of bluebell copse cottage guests when booking the whole cottage. The old dairy does not have a hot tub.

we have never been to the new forest will you help us plan our trip?
of course we are always happy to help with recommendations of places to eat and visit. we can provide you with walks recommend cycle routes and even cycle hire companies you can use. Maybe you are looking for something special? we can provide and help organize hampers, private chefs and experiences during your stay just ask!
Are you family friendly?
definitely! we pride ourselves being family friendly. we can supply a travel cot, high chair bath toys and all the essentials such as cutlery and books to read at bedtime. In the summer months we have play equipment and garden games.
What's provided?
we provide all bedding, towels (extra for hot tub too), toilet rolls, kitchen towels, washing up liquid, sanitizing cleaner, Hand wash and some little extras to make your stay special

do you allow electric car charging?
at this present time we do not have an EV charging due to our insurance policy our nearest ev charging point is ASDA Totton

do you allow parties and loud music?
no the farm is a relaxing escape for many and we want everyone to enjoy their stay with us so parties and loud nose and music are not permitted this is monitored.
do we have the farm to ourselves?
if you are staying in bluebell copse cottage the cottage and its private courtyard are solely yours if you are staying in the old dairy the cottage and private BBQ area are solely yours. we do live on site so you will see us during your stay and we are always around to help if you have any questions. We have two holiday properties so other guests may also be enjoying the farm areas too.
